What to Expect

Prior to your first appointment, please complete the intake forms and screening tools.
Your responses will help us best prepare for your first appointment.

Your first session will be 60 minutes, focusing on getting to know each other, developing a plan of care and setting goals together.
Follow-up sessions will be 45 minutes. 

As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Terry combines various types of therapy such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and positive psychology, tailoring it to your needs. Using a holistic approach, Terry utilizes the mind-body connection using integrative techniques and thinking "outside the box". This may involve meditation, sound therapy and recommendations of certain supplements, for example. Terry provides therapy and medication management for ages 6 and up.
